Live Chat & Bot
ClickFunnels offers 24/7 Chatbot Support with all subscriptions. Chatbot can help you with any questions you may have, provide documentation or tell you where you can find certain items in your ClickFunnels Account.
Select Help at the bottom of the dashboard. A window will then appear in the center of the screen.
Click Have a question? The Chat Center will appear on your right-hand side. By asking a question, the Chatbot will display tutorials and documentation you may find useful.
You can contact a Live Chat agent between 9am – 5pm EST if you are not satisfied with your answers or information.
Knowledge Hub
Subscribers have access to the Knowledge Hub where they can find the ClickFunnels Academy and Product Documentation. They can also access Live Training Programs. Users can search for help by categories and see the articles they’ve accessed recently.
Click on Help in the ClickFunnels Dashboard and then click Checkout ClickFunnels 2.0 Training and Help Docs.
Email Support
ClickFunnels offers email support to both users and non-users. It is not made obvious to users on any platform. We did a little digging and found that users can send their requests for support to support@clickfunnels.com.
We sent some emails and got almost instant auto-responses saying that they had received the request and will reply as soon as possible.
Phone Support
It’s always nice to be able to talk directly to an expert, but ClickFunnels does not provide a direct telephone number at this time.

Final Thoughts
Our testing revealed some limitations and irritations which may not be suitable for all users. Residents of other regions may find it difficult speaking to someone directly because the live chat is only available during EST. Email support was also very slow during our testing. If you need a quick solution to a hard-to-resolve problem, you might have to wait for quite some time.
The ClickFunnels Live Training Programs and ClickFunnels’ Academy were the highlights. The documentation, step-bystep instructions and information available are extensive. They should be sufficient to resolve most problems, especially when it comes to new users.
