What Are Order Bump, Upsells & OTOs in ClickFunnels?
You can use order bumps, one-time sales, and upsells to enhance the sale.
Before the customer enters payment information and completes their order, they are offered upsells and order bumps. After the initial purchase, OTOs can be offered to customers.
ClickFunnels 2.0 Order Bumps
A customer can receive an order bump before completing their original purchase. This is usually offered on the checkout page.
This is an extra product that the customer may purchase (usually at a lower price).
If you sell a course that teaches how to grow a healthy vegetable garden, then an order bump might be an ebook with gardening tips.
ClickFunnels 2.0 Upsells
Before the customer makes their first purchase, an upsell will be offered. This is a way for them to upgrade to a product of higher value.
If you’re selling access to an online live summit, for example, you could offer a VIP package.
If you are selling tutor-led course, an upsell might be to offer a higher level of support for students.
ClickFunnels 2.0 OTO
After the initial purchase, an OTO offers an incentive to the customer for an additional purchase.
OTOs tend to be time-sensitive and offer a short window of opportunity for customers to purchase the offered product at the price displayed.
If you offer a series, for example, the customer can purchase the first course in the series.
The next course could then be offered as an OTO, at a rate that’s not available anywhere else.

These are sales tactics that are designed to make customers feel as if they are getting an excellent deal without having to spend too much.
