How to create a ClickFunnels Autoresponder 2.0

In this example, an autoresponder email is being created for an opt-in channel. Before creating an autoresponder, we recommend creating and setting up a trigger such as an opt in form.

How to create an autoresponder

  1. ClickFunnels – 2.0 Dashboard: Select “Marketing.”
  2. Click on “Workflows” to continue.
  3. Click “Add New Workflow.”
  1. Name your Workspace.
  2. Then, click “Create Workflow.”
  1. You’ll first need to choose a trigger. Click on the button that says “trigger” to do so.
  1. Choose the event you would like to trigger the flow.
  2. Click “Create trigger” to proceed.
  1. You can double-check the triggers in a new pop-up. Click “+Add a Trigger.”
  1. In this example, “Send email” was selected as the action.
  1. A pop-up window will appear with a variety of options for email templates. Select the template that you would like to customize.
  1. Fill out the email information in the pop-up window, including the sender’s address, the subject, the preheader, and the name.
  2. Click “Create” to start the process.
  1. Now you’ll need to customize the template. Click on the action button to be directed to the editor.
  2. You can now customize the page using the drag and drop editor.
  3. Once you’re finished, click “Publish.”
  1. You’ll need the toggle in the upper right corner to make your autoresponder active.
  2. Click “Enable” on the pop-up.

Your autoresponder has now been activated.

  1. Scroll down the menu on the right to find the Other section.
  2. Select “Third Party Integration” or “Webhook.”

  1. Click “Add ActiveCampaign account.”
  1. Click “Proceed” and enter the required information.
You can find the URL and API key information in ActiveCampaign developer tools.

You can now send email campaigns created in ActiveCampaign 2.0 to leads that you have collected using ClickFunnels 2.0.
