Funnels

GoHighLevel offers a unique feature where you can enter the URL for a specific funnel step and it will duplicate and add all the elements to your new funnel.

How to:

1. Navigate to the sub-account in your GoHighLevel account where you would like to create the funnel.
2. Select Sites in the left-hand panel.
3. Click on the Funnels icon at the top of your screen, and then select + New Funnel.

1. Click Create Funnel and enter your funnel name.

1. Select + Add New Step on the next page.

1. Now you need to enter your path, name the page and the ClickFunnels link that you want to import.
2. Click Create Funnel.

Once you enter the URL of the ClickFunnels live page, GoHighLevel displays it and copies all elements.

1. You will have to add new steps for each additional ClickFunnels step.

Leads and contacts

In this example, since contacts and leads can be imported and exported the same way we will use them interchangeably.

You’ll first need to export your ClickFunnels contacts.

Here’s how:

1. Navigate to the Contacts tab in your ClickFunnels Account.

1. Click on the Download button after selecting the desired date range.

Once you have downloaded your contacts you can now upload them to GoHighLevel.

Import them using these steps:

1. Select the sub-account you would like to import from your GoHighLevel account.
2. Choose Contacts in the left-hand menu.
3. Click on the Upload icon.

1. Upload the CSV, then complete the mapping section and click Save.
2. Now, your contacts have been imported.

Surveys and forms

GoHighLevel currently does not allow you to import surveys or forms onto the platform.

You must recreate the survey or form manually within ClickFunnels before you can link it.

Conversations

Conversations is a GoHighLevel feature that allows you re-read conversations with contacts.

GoHighLevel allows you to export conversations that you have on the platform. However, you will not be able import SMS conversations imported from ClickFunnels.
