Can I pause a ClickFunnels account 2.0?

It is not possible for a ClickFunnels account to be paused. customer service told us that they do not offer the account pause feature and have no plans to in the future.

What to do instead of pausing a ClickFunnels account 2.0

You can cancel your ClickFunnels 2.o subscription if you don’t want to.

This will remove your access to ClickFunnels for as long you wish and you won’t have to pay any subscription fees. You can reactivate the account at any time if you want to gain access.

Note:Remember that the subscription fee for your selected plan will be charged immediately upon reactivating your Account.

To cancel your clickFunnels 2.0 subscription, go to the subscriptions section on your dashboard. Click on the stop icon on the right side where your subscription appears.

You can now click “Proceed”.

You can still access the platform up until your next due date. Your access to the platform will be removed after that date.

After cancelling your account, all of your account information will be retained for 30 days. After 30 days, all contacts, funnels and other data will be deleted. If you reactivate the account after 30 days, it’s like starting over.

You can still pause classic ClickFunnels accounts

It’s a little confusing that Classic ClickFunnels can be paused. Pausing a Classic ClickFunnels Account costs $9.99/month.

Logging into your account, and then heading to the Billing section of the dashboard will allow you to pause an account. Choose “Cancel Account” and then click “Cancel My Subscription.”
